Not long after the gruesome scene at Crestview Academy was secured over the holidays, did police questioning lead to the discovery that the school’s long-held Rainwater sculpture of a Native American battling a giant snake, had vanished. Staff members were questioned to no further clues. It is believed that the sculpture was stolen, but the question is, of course, by whom? Police have already begun a peripheral investigation on this matter, hoping that it may also lead to a better understanding of just what went on during that fateful Saturday morning detention. The sculpture has been an iconic part of the school for years, and many are concerned that it may be permanently missing. “It’s hard to imag... oh to hell with it.
