Ashlyn Carol McEvers is an actress born and raised in suburban Dallas, Texas. Her mother, Tiffany McEvers, is an actor from Texas herself and her father was a professional horse trainer. Ashlyn began acting at an early age, performing in several commercials and short films. Trained in Sanford Meisner's acting technique, and under Jim Gleason while living in New Orleans, it didn't take long for Ashlyn to land recognizable acting roles. In 2014 she landed recurring role in the TV series Star-Crossed. Ashlyn continued to work in commercial and while landing a role in 22 Jump Street (2014), How to Make a Silent Film (2013), One Heart, and Bad Kids of Crestview Academy. She will also be starring in the upcoming film Pale scheduled for release in 2016.

When Ashlyn is not in front of the camera, she enjoys photography, team roping, riding horses, and writing.
